The data remains the property of Australia Post at all times and shall not be reproduced without Australia Post's permission. Neither the Repatriation General Hospital or Australia Post take any responsibility for errors or other defects theirin.

· Opening the enclosed sealed package of disks acknowledges acceptance of the following:
· That the Repatriation General Hospital will not be responsible for damages of any nature arising from the use or misuse of the product.

Permitted Uses
You may:

(i) Use the Software on a single computer;
 (ii) Make and maintain one backup copy provided that it is used only for backup purposes and you keep possession of the  backup
 

Uses Not Permitted
You may not:

(i) Make copies of the Software, except as permitted above
 (ii) Make copies of the related materials;
 (iii) Rent, lease, sub-license, time share, lend or transfer the Software, Software copies, Data Files or related materials .
 (iv) Alter, disassemble, or tamper with the software.

· Information in this document is subject to change without notice.
· The Repatriation General Hospital reserves the right to vary the license fee without notice.
· It is intended that this product be supported and upgraded. However, the Repatriation General Hospital does not warrant support or upgrades of COES.
